X.O. BEER was created from our will to marry two ancestral products of character : Beer and Cognac.
The difficulty was to convince these two strong personalities that to begin, everything opposed their optimum unification.
A lot of patience, time and perseverance was needed to achieve the perfect balance of these opposites and their complementarity in a harmonious fusion.
Only X.O. (Extra Old) Cognacs can acquire with time the necessary mellowness to melt in the soft foam of a lightly bitter lager.
X.O. BEER is an exceptional beer with unique savours.
Time will be necessary for the taster if he wants to measure the richness of the aromas wich will be revealed throughout an astonishing experience, like the notes of a symphony that will lead from a surprising freshness at the first taste, to a comforting warmness at the last drop.
